Personally responsible for developing the business plan, for the daily operations, budgets, compliance, quality improvement, program development, staffing, staff development, marketing plan, survey prep with both the state and CARF International. Personally evaluate and treat some patients as well as assisting other therapists with problem solving patient issues. Turned around the key performance indicators and have developed a strong cohesive team. Also have been the Clinical Coordinator for the Pediatric and Adult Brain Injury Program as well as the Neuro-Behavioral Pediatric Program, I provided quality care, training to patients, family, and staff while working with internal and external case managers including a multitude of insurance plans, workers’ compensation networks, and VA networks, Medicaid and Medicare. As well as I serve as the interdisciplinary operational and clinical manager who achieved financial and clinical outcomes by implementing programs with facility integration and buy in throughout the state of Arkansas. Additional responsibilities included speaking to different disciplines in university classes and representing Aegis at multiple tradeshows and school recruitment fairs held in Arkansas. Physician marketing, networking, and troubleshooting with the customer were expected regularly. Divisional teams asked for me to assist with operations and clinical problem solving in Missouri and Mississippi. Served annually as a CEU educator, program trainer, and speaker for Balance Management, Complex Disease Management, and Pain Management programs. I assisted in the development of the Pain Management program and was the initial trainer nationwide participating in ‘Train the Trainer’. Also responsible for expense reports, CEU, and ATO management for as many as 70 therapists in Arkansas.
