My objective is to use my skills in an industry where I can coach and motivate others to learn more and do more to make talent acquisition more than a cost center. I believe it is a profit center. Human Capital is the most important piece in any company, and my experience in recruiting, research and strategy have served to cement that philosophy in all positions I have held.
