included developing a competitive program to hire the best and brightest engineering students from 10 key colleges throughout the United States while building relationships with key faculty and staff. Other program highlights: developed a mentorship program between engineering managers within the company and their new hires, created an activities program for new graduates with the goal being to get to know one another and better acclimated to Boston area, created year-round internship and co-op program, designed and led new hire orientation sessions, acquired and fostered relationships with key university personnel, helped produce in-house design and promotion of marketing materials for competitive college recruitment campaign.
