Summary of Qualifications * 8+ Years of progressively increased HR Manager/Director (Head of North American Operations) experience * 10+ Years Management & Contract Administration/Negotiation Experience * P&L, Budget Forecast, reporting and variance analysis experience * Compensation &Payroll Management (North America - US and Canada Employees) * Manage Employee Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life & Disability, COBRA etc.) * Expatriate Employee Administration and Management of Immigration processing/coordination with outside counsel * Management of 401 (k) Plan Administration and Annual 5500 Reporting (Individual &Group discrimination testing) * Experience implementing HR policy, procedures, HRIS systems, tools and structure * Highly organized, articulate, accurate, strong analytic reporting and presentation skills * Advanced skill in writing, interpreting, and communicating contractual obligations and requirements * Exceptional collaboration between staff, vendors, other external sources while bridging company interests * Strong computer proficiency: AIM/PerfectLaw (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point), Oracle (Financials and Projects), ADP/Paychex (WorkForceNow HRIS), UltiPro, Work Day (HRIS system), SAP, Crystal Reports, QuickBooks, BOXI, Adobe Suite, Siebel, Lotus Notes, Soft/Select Time, E-Time (ADP application), Time-Off- Manager (PTO Tracking), Internet, VPN Access, ERP Systems HR Certifications: SPHR/PHR Candidate - Pending Examination (on/before June 2017) Membership: SHRM - Society for Human Resources Management
