A strategic and business focused Human Resources (HR) Leader and implementer, deliver an integrated and innovative approach to execution of strategy through building capabilities: •Working with leadership/management teams in developing action initiatives/programs to provide organizational support & guidance towards productivity (linking people & performance); •Resolving business issues (mergers & acquisitions, talent hiring & retention, cost, turnover, & pay) and providing the organization’s HR directions including workforce strategy and employees engagement; •Providing Team leadership (core expertise in HR, OH&S, Payroll, Security, Health Centre, Expatriates, and Crisis Management), creating positive work environment to reduce turnover, attract talents & motivate staff towards meeting/exceeding the company’s goals, and liaise external relationship.
