As a quick thumbnail sketch, I am an RN with my MBA. I've worked in Sales/Sales Management (20+ years) for "3 organizations" since I graduated from ASU's MBA program in '84; 15 years at Intergroup HMO/HealthNet; 5 years at Sonora Quest Labs(Quest Diagnostics), and now a 1 year stint with Titan. In my Sales Director roles I have built, managed, and engaged my teams to result in becoming the market share leader. I have a strong network of contacts after 20 years in this market. I excel at: recruiting, hiring, training, and engaging our sales executives to exceed their goals. . In addition, please note the trend of exceeding expectations in all 3 companies I've been with. I have been a quick study and have transitioned very quickly and successfully learning new health care sub-industries and organizations- For example, going from Clinical to Health Plans/managed care, to the complex lab world, and recently to the CFO/Business office niche with hospitals. Very different services, customers, and markets!! In particular, I know the Arizona and SW health care markets very very well!
