Highlights:
· Lead large proposal efforts providing all proposal management services including the development of win themes, discriminators and RFP analysis, which resulted in a dramatic expansion of customer base, with Sales over $3,500,000 for 2006.
· Profiled in Black Issues Book Review Jan/Feb 2006 Issue as one of the “Influential African Americans in the Book Industry”.
· Devised diverse and creative skills in preparing and responding to RFPs, RFQs, and contract requirements.
· Implemented Federal Government bid response methods to grow and respond to DOD opportunities.
· Responsible for P & L, cost controls, and establishing Bids and Contracts Sales Plan for Borders Group.
· Created successful selling/marketing strategies for K-12 Markets.
