Lead the Fulfillment and Reconcilement Service (FRS) learning and transformation efforts (Managing 4 Vice Presidents, Learning and Development), to consolidating 11 disparate lines of business into 5 common “Centers of Excellence”. FRS is a $293MM, 3,000 FTE, centralized business, serving as the “back house” operations, including image fulfillment, returns/exceptions, teller operations, research/adjustment, print/finish, and reconcilement. Progressive responsibilities and accomplishments include: • Promptly built a “best in class” Learning and Organizational Effectiveness team to support business functionality and transformation. Created a “Center of Excellence” model, with single point of contact leadership alignment. • Managed talent evaluation, succession plans, leadership development activity, redeployment, and leadership assignments. • Introduction of “strength-focused” talent evaluation, management and deployment. • Lead “Human Factor” impact and Transformational Change efforts during large scale line of business integration and merger activity.
