Highlights:
Developed and implemented a 360 degree longitudinal evaluation program to measure learner success and proficiency in a newly revolutionized training continuum. Evaluation methodology included measurements at key points within the course and on the job. Designed the functional requirements for an interview, survey and reporting application utilized to assess and report job knowledges, skills, abilities, resources and tools. Coordinated the functional and analytical requirements for a dashboard and control panel system within the US Navy’s Integrated Learning Environment (ILE) that graphically depicted critical performance metrics and provided visibility into varying levels of the organizational hierarchy. Created unique performance based assessments resulting from competency alignment analyses. Provided training sessions for clients on how to properly implement and instruct within a self-directed learning environment. Served as a Project Manager for the analysis, review and course outline recommendations for the Navy’s Instructor Development Continuum. Course outline development included an Instructional Media Design Package (IMDP) incorporating both self-paced and instructor led content, activities (virtual and live) and performance based assessments. Devised multi-hurdle selection system for proposed Intern Selection Board. Developed and administered quarterly testing training session for 20 senior military members and contract instructors. Designed, implemented and analyzed quality of life survey of 5,000 civilians for the Admiral’s Quality of Life team.
