I have been a successful coach and mediator, and have written and delivered training in Employment Law, Policy and Diversity, as well as in Team Building, Problem Solving and Supervisory Techniques. I have written policy and procedure manuals, developed training workshops, and researched, implemented and managed benefits plans and compensation.

As a Human Resources generalist, I have held HR leadership positions in a broad range of companies, from healthcare to advertising, primarily within service industries. I have created new HR departments from the bottom up, and established excellence in existing ones. I’ve developed creative approaches to organizational challenges, in both union and non-union environments, in corporate and not-for-profit settings, through effective partnering with management.
