Revived Sailor of the Quarter and Sailor of the Year Program Suicide Prevention Program Sponsorship Program and incorporated semi-annual general Military Training for staff members. * Directed the Community Service Award program. 97 personnel dedicated 1,147 volunteer hours in numerous service-oriented and outreach programs impacting over 2.370 youths in the local community. NAS Fort Worth JRB partnered with neighboring school districts and organizations to mentor influence orient and inspire school-age children to make a difference in their own community through hard work community service and leading healthy lifestyles. * Hosted 4 high visibility events including a "returning Warrior" job fair for over 600 servicemen.
