I hate resumes....both creating them and having to READ them. Resumes are as good as one wants them to sound. Some people actually create their resumes from someone else's ideas. That person is NOT creative, though he says he is in his resume! How is...

Ideal Companies: Yes, the "examples" are great....i.e. Ford, GE, etc. What are the chances of THAT happening?...being hired by General Motors???. What have you to gain, as a company seeking a new hire, by knowing that an applicant would love to work for Ford, or GE, or one of those? I'll be realistic: I'd love to work for a "good company" who takes a shot at hiring ME, and with whom I can proove myself. Plain & simple.
