Sample answers given to help with this question are so run of the mill, i.e.: "exceptional interpersonal skills"; "high energy sales professional". This sounds like a resume. I hate resumes....both creating them and having to READ them. Resumes are as good as one wants them to sound. Some people actually create their resumes from someone else's ideas. That person is NOT creative, though he says he is in his resume! How is a company to KNOW for sure. They can't. It's a gamble, let's face it. Hire someone who sounds and looks good, and who has impeccable references. That's the best you can do. That's is my advice to any company looking to hire. But for the record, I AM INDEED creative, able to work independently, intelligent to learn on my own.....a detail freak, etc.....
Also, I had a tough, detailed boss for 20 years. That's a benefit about me from which the next company can benefit! A person who takes over my job when I move on will be able to follow a paper trail that will leave little, if any question about how tasks should be handled, where to find info, etc. My records were impeccable. My caring and concientiousness, my intelligence and my creativeness, will make up for any lack of experience in any field. Any of my past employers will attest to that. So, take your best shot, and I hope it's at ME. Thank you!
