I am looking for a small to medium size company to work for that is business casual in nature (including attire) and believes in a work/family balance. I am looking for a company that allows management the autonomy and tools to effectively perform their job duties. And lastly I am looking for a company that has an open-door policy for all employees from the head of the company down to the lowest level employee.
