Description
SUMMARY: Plans and administers policies relating to all phases of human resources activity by performing duties personally or through subordinate personnel. Administer company benefit plans to include Life Insurance Medical Dental STD/LTD 401K Paid Time Off Flexible Spending and Tuition Reimbursement. Ensure fair and consistent application of Company policies and procedures and in compliance with all State and Federal laws. Protect the rights of employees by creating and maintaining an atmosphere within the organization that demonstrates and supports equal opportunity policies. Implement company affirmative action plan and applicant tracking by defining and fully communicating EEO goals policies procedures and plans. Administer FAA Anti-drug and Alcohol Misuse Prevention Program for safety-sensitive employees. Ensure the submission of the necessary payroll and new hire information to New York. Assist counsel advise and direct employees regarding all company policies and benefit programs. Conduct new employee orientation to familiarize new employees with company policies benefits and procedures. Maintain current file of job descriptions and organizational charts for the company. Manage direct reports to include hiring training staff development performance appraisals and motivation to ensure success in their position. Maintain confidentiality of all information including employee files records salaries and the security of such information. Compile analyze and maintain human resources metrics for company and The Triumph Group. Coordinate effort and identify opportunities to foster school and business partnerships in the community. Provide support to campus and other recruiting efforts for new hires and co-ops. Provide administrative assistance to the Company President and The Triumph Aerospace Systems Group. Plan and coordinate company sponsored functions United Way Service Award Luncheon Thanksgiving turkeys Christmas lunch and other such functions. Contribute to company wide team effort by maintaining a positive attitude.
