Description
PROFILE An HR and Compensation Analyst with experience providing analytical, technical, and general support to the human resources function including competitive salary analysis, incentive plan development and administration, cost modeling and compensation plan analysis, ad hoc reporting, and HR system implementation and administration. Administer and analyze base salary short-term incentive programs and salary structures for US and International employees * Provide cost modeling for compensation program concepts and changes * Provide analytical and administrative support throughout the annual compensation cycle including merit planning bonus calculations compensation benchmarking and compensation statement generation * Maintain job and compensation structures within the company's HR Management System * Generate and analyze ad hoc reports from a variety of information systems * Provide support in the implementation and ongoing administration of HR system (s) * Provide analytical and administrative support for projects Manage projects such as survey participation and analysis compensation integration for mergers and acquisitions *
