casting and accountability for ministry function and vision. * Also part of my job was to begin a service program that would go into Tijuana Mexico. I designed from scratch the logistical planning and the training format for this program. The purpose of this program was to train 150 students and adults to assist and care for those in need in Mexico. Also it was to train them in fields of construction, food dispensing and medical training. * This program is now in its 11th year. It has grown to encompass 15 partner hospital, food banks, churches, and elderly care facilities. We are also now providing training for those in Mexico that head up these various service programs. * I was also responsible for crisis counseling with both parents and students.
