Talented in creating a warm, friendly welcoming atmosphere for both patrons and co-workers. I Have worked for the last 7 years at a Forbes Four Star Restaurant / Hotel and Resort. I've spent the Last 22 years of my life in the hospitality industry working my way up from a bus boy to Manager position and have an incomparable personality that shows that I am a natural born leader. I know how and when to make people laugh and have a good time while maintaining the kind of respect to be heard when its time for people to listen. Accomplishments In 2005 I wrote the training program and implemented a sales seminar "Psychology of the Sale" for Amalgamated concepts (Restaurant group) . This program was used for all three of our locations in Birmingham, Alabama. . Destin, Florida. .and Richmond, Virginia and raised our per person average by 15% in just four months.
