SUMMARY * Twenty one year's experience in the sales field with Crane & Co.'s Social Division. Advanced from a training territory to the New York City/ Metro market with responsibility for the highest sales volume in the nation. * Nine years sales and retail planning with Vera Bradley Design, a publically held lifestyle brand company specializing in women's accessories. Developed markets throughout the Westchester, NYC/ Metro, and Long Island areas. * Cold called Barney's New York and eventually worked with Phyllis Pressman (owner) directly to develop high end stationery department in Chelsea location and eventually Madison Avenue flagship. Grew NYC market by 100%, from a $2,000,000 market wholesale to $4,000,000. * With Vera Bradley, grew exposure by 100% in NYC metro market. From 12 retailers to 24 and overall doubled the retail exposures of the line. * Educated key principals at Saks Fifth Avenue on margin values of non-inventory (personalized) business and need for stronger brand awareness, in which new marketing and merchandising programs were implemented. * During tenure at both Crane & Co. and Vera Bradley Design, initiated sales programs between out of state sales offices and independent retailers. Developed Excel based inventory solutions, retailer training programs and new product forecasting. * Lead national sales of Kate Spade product when corporate partnership was established. * Developed corporate training guides for both Crane & Co. and Vera Bradley Design.
