I would like to further my career in the Talent Development and Human Resources area. I have a wide range of experience in training and development of new team members, but also identifying and developing potential supervisor candidates. I have experience managing several departments at once, while at the same time coordinating all other trainings that were performed yearly in a plant of 2000 team members. I feel that my strongest ability is bridging the gap between hourly and management and teaching team members how to get better.
