Description
Set Full-time (40hrs) and adjusted short and long-term priorities including but not limited to: critical and time sensitive tasks meeting deadlines and following up on unresolved personnel cases for the department to ensure workload was completed in a timely manner and in accordance with company policies and protocols. Compiled interpreted monitored and evaluated information/data from various sources to prepare and present reports in various format (spreadsheets word processing visual and graphics) to supervisor co-workers subordinates and corporate took appropriate action and made recommendations as necessary to implement improve control measures. Responsible for managing writing reviewing editing and publishing internal and external memorandums executive correspondence policies and standard operation procedures using office automation software. In accordance with laws policies and regulations managed the establishment reconstruction securing tracking filing and movement of highly sensitive and confidential documents records databases and files as they pertained to individual cases of company personnel medical accommodations workers compensation litigation EEO grievances and harassment complaints.
