CollapseResponsibilities

In this position I excelled as a strategic manager of a self insured, self administered risk management program, which included team building a staff of 21 employees, budgeting, cost control, and customer service. This encompassed workers’ compensation, and general liability for 18 casinos, a travel agency and a captive. In addition, I completed background investigations of every employee hired and for every vendor that the company uses. I created a mission to insure that all background checks for employees were turned around with a recommendation within 72 hours of receipt. To complete a well rounded program I took the safety and OSHA program to a consistent level and streamlined the safety process. Further, the department handled corporate security, executive protection, first response and emergency operations. To meet this requirement I am ICS 200 certified.
