For the past eleven years I worked for the City of Bridgeport in a variety of positions. My most recent position was the Human Resources Manager where I managed a staff of 8 employees. The department provided services to approximately 1600 employees - 1200 full time, 400 part time or seasonal. I also worked in the Labor Relations department for the first 5 years when I joined the City. I am an experienced supervisor with a strong working knowledge of human resources, labor relations and public administration.
