Over 12 years’ experience in the Human Resources profession, with a strong focus in directing HR teams in the area of benefit and payroll administration, performance management, professional development, strategic and succession planning, for approximately 400 employees throughout the United States before moving to a new position as the Manager for Financial Operations to broaden my knowledge and experience base. As a highly skilled HR professional, I developed and implemented a highly successful HR program for a start-up company that grew from 30 employees to approximately 400 employees over a period of 15 years. Although I desire to find a similar opportunity, I look forward to the challenge of incorporating the experience I have gained to benefit a new organization within an already established HR environment.
