For many building teams and sales enablement are disparate. The definition of sales enablement seems to be evolving rapidly as the markets and technologies transform the sales platforms, but really enabling sales teams to be as successful as possible through all means available has always been my approach and my strength. From recruiting and hiring, through onboarding, training and coaching I am constantly observing, evaluating and guiding reps to put the right tools at their disposal. The right knowledge and guidance to enable each team member to reach their own personal potential, and organizational quotas is my passion and my goal, always.
