Dear Recruiting Professionals and Hiring Managers, Thank you for taking the time to review my resume and profile. I hope it serves as a brief introduction to some of things that make me unique. I know it takes time to get to know each candidate just as it likewise takes much effort for candidates to seek out and find a fit that is mutually beneficial to both the candidate and the company. I look forward to deeper conversations as we move forward. There is so much more richness that I’d love to share but which doesn’t fit on a single piece of paper. I have always found myself very much operational focused. Regardless of the role, I love to set high goals and then get right to work getting things done. I believe in: * Accountability * Leadership * Opportunity * Processes and Logistics * Passion * → Accountability is the how and why we communicate about what needs to be done, and what has been done. It keeps us focused on the prize and straight on the path. I love to measure the results, look at the numbers and plot the next move. First class organizations understand that you build the people and then the people build the company. → Leadership sets the tone and pace. It establishes culture through words and deeds — especially the little words and the small deeds. Goal setting, coaching, feedback and appraisal are necessary, but world class companies go beyond that making tough decisions without bravado, confronting the brutal facts, being brave and celebrating often the successes both big and small. Great leaders inspire others. → Opportunity. Most people want to be great and they crave to give and contribute. Catching and keeping that spark is the great differentiator and separates greatness from mediocrity. → Processes and Logistics. The difference between flat pancakes and beautiful wedding cakes is slight on the front end but drastic on the outcome. Processes help us make sure we do it right, but we don’t hide behind policies. “That’s how we’ve always done it” or “because we have to” are bound to keep the situation unchanged. Expert status is gained by being perpetually discontent. I believe in Kaizen. → Passion is the spark that scares away monotony and ignites new ideas, better ways of doing things and sustainable growth. I feel passionate about the people I work with and the job I do. Passion is why I am so eager to contribute. I love working for empowering organizations and have extensive experience helping companies grow. I would love to be able to next do so as part of your team. I appreciate your time and would love the opportunity to meet you and discuss how my qualification will be beneficial to your organization’s success. Best Regards, Eric
