I have owned and operated my own successful insurance and financial planning agency. I have also managed and consulted with 35 agents under me. In this role not only was I leader in sales but also I was very involved in all aspects of running a business, included but not limited to, human resources, product knowledge, coaching, goal setting and business planning for the entire sales territory. I am very self motivated and driven by success.
