Accomplishments: Played a key role in the startup of two units to deploy to Iraq and Afghanistan. Personal efforts were cited as the driving force behind the unit's payroll accuracy rate of 98% which were well above the Army's standard of 85%. Played a key role in bringing up the retention rate from 75% to 91% which was well above the Army's standard of 80%.
