Description
My background is office administration, communication and workflow. I've coordinated workshops, focus groups, seminars, monthly and quarterly meetings; taking mtg minutes, preparing handouts, sending invites, taking attendance. I've completed reports on Word, Excel and PowerPoint. I've handled 5 outlook calendars for senior management, done travel plans and expense accounts. Have created and designed data sheets and promotional materials, assisted with volunteer staff and front desk operations. I've scheduled management applicants for interviews with senior staff.
