I have been fortunate of enough to have helped develop and grow a new business venture (Energy) and increase sales revenue of established business units (Steel, Mechanical and Water Conditioning) within RK Mechanical and Ranger Fabrication. Revenue of Energy grew from $1mm the first year to over $40mm the third year. Additionally, I have worked for several large General Contractors in Fort Collins, Denver, Dallas, Los Angeles and New York City. I bring a wide range of Business Development experience and project management experience that includes Oil & Gas, Wind & Solar Energy, Structural Steel, Multi-Family, Retail, Hospitality, Medical, Education, Senior and Assisted Living, as well as Recreation and Sports projects. Currently, I have developed a large list of Oil & Gas clientele including: Noble Energy, Anadarko, Tallgrass, Meritage Midstream, Bonanza Creek, Kodiak, Rose Rock Midstream/White Hills Pipeline, KP Kaufman, DCP, Newalta, Black Bison, EOG, Antero Resources, Discovery Natural Resources and others including CM and EPC firms like WillBros, TIC, GWD, Kahuna, LDIS, Audubon, Enserca Engineering and Samuel Engineering.
