ACCOMPLISHMENTS * Spearheaded the development of a Leadership Development course with emphasis in globalization. Collaborated with the Executive Education department at Goizueta Business School of Emory University. * Provided individual consulting and training to 160 "C" level managers including the selection of developmental training and assignments for their career growth and to enhance their skill sets. * Managed corporate Executive Education and Internship programs and the relationships with business schools at Harvard, Dartmouth, Stanford University of Virginia, INSEAD and other universities throughout the U.S. and abroad. * Spearheaded and implemented the Workforce Strategy and Succession Planning Model for two Fortune 200 companies that resulted in a 25% increase in retention rates over previous year's objectives. * Developed and implemented the Core Competency Model for management employees with a partnership from an analyst with the Gallup organization based upon best practices.
