Dynamic and result-oriented Human Resources Generalist with experience in full-cycle recruiting of exempt and non-exempt employees, benefits administration, compensation, organizational planning, employee relations, training and development, establishing policies, employee performance evaluation, and termination. Possess a good understanding of OFCCP, FLSA, EEO, FMLA, ADA, COBRA, and OSHA guidelines. Have extensive experience preparing and filing EEO-1, VETS-100, WC, AAP, and many other internal reports. I can conduct an audit of HR department, and bring it up to standards in a short period of time. I am looking for contract, temporary or project/per diem basis assignments. I am available to work on a project of minimum 10 weeks and maximum 6 months.
