I have 10 years of experience in Human Resources at an Engineering Consulting firm, with employees in about 10 states. I am a multifaceted professional with experience in Benefits, HRIS, Compliance Reporting, Policy Implementation and Employee Relations. I have always established a credible, ethical Human Resources environment that cultivates a strong trust relationship in the culture while providing an excellent partnership model with the businesses and leaders I serve. My BBA is in Finance which I have found make my role in analyzing data more proficient.
