I am adept at building and leading teams and aligning HR process and practices to support the achievement of organizational objectives and ensuring that employees have a great work experience. My search focus is for an HR leadership/business partner role with a mid size company or division of a larger company supporting multiple locations or a large single location. I am also interested to pursue leadership, consulting or business development roles with B2B HR services (i.e. staffing, consulting, training and development, PEO's, insurance broker, etc.)
