My previous experience includes working in positions where there was a heavy focus on employee relations. Additional experience included working with managers on compensation, work force planning, evaluation process, employment law and policy/program compliance, procedure and policy development, new employee orientation, HRIS system development, counseling and progressive discipline. I have proven experience creating processes to increased productivity, build teams and standardize policy. I have supervisory experience overseeing the organizations of recruitment and payroll.
