Consultative sales experience using SmartSelling, Spin Selling, or other consultative sales systems. A Minimum of 5 years selling products/services in high school, college and university markets is required. A solid understanding of higher education and confidence working with college deans, vice presidents, provosts, chancellors, and presidents is needed. Candidate must be comfortable in a focused, goal-oriented, self-motivated orientation in a fast-paced environment. Candidate must show willingness to offer ideas and creativity to drive revenue and solutions. Candidate must have the ability to work in a matrix sales environment with other divisions. A capacity to present and discuss Return-on-Investment analyses with school executives is required. Sound presentation skills are a must - both face-to-face and online/telephone. The ability to travel is a key requirement. Candidate must reside in territory (IN, KY, MI, or OH)
