My goal is to find a role in which my technical, organizational, creative and interpersonal talents can add value to a company’s objectives. During my previous roles within Hewitt Associates, I enjoyed developing installation documentation for our Health Management Clients using Financial Manager, creating test plans, executed testing for our Financial Manager software while coordinating client software implementations. In these roles I also handled technical support for internal users and clients. My focus was on providing third-level support for the Production and Test environments of Hewitt’s TBA and Navigator applications. I also provided training to internal associates and external clients on the TBA and Navigator applications. Another responsibility of mine was being a SME (Subject Matter Expert) for the Online Learning eCustomer Service Internet Basics Course for their Benefit Center. I was directly involved in the wording, layout & design of this course. I provide the same level of support and technical expertise in my current role at Weber Packaging Solutions, Inc. I am the SME in my current role with providing technical documentation for our website’s FAQ-Troubleshooting page our clients use for support, as well as, providing one on one technical training class to our valued clients. I very much enjoy the training, technical writing and documentation aspects of my past technical roles at Hewitt Associates and present one a Weber Packaging Solutions it is one of my many strengths, as well as, my detailed attention to the customer service we provide to our clients.
