My goal is to be with a company with creative vision where I can utilize both my sales skills and develop and manage a team of successful and happy business development professionals. I thrive in a very positive energetic and collaborative environment which realizes their people are their most valuable assets. My personal style is to analyze, create a plan, put into place action items, and assess our progress then tweek when necessary.
