Accomplishments
Highlights:
I have achieved PIE {Partners in Excellence} 5 times as a district leader winning trips to Italy, St Lucia, Cancun and NYC. I have also won company Shrink, Sales Plan and Secret Shop awards.
Responsibilities
I currently supervise 13 specialty retail stores in various markets including power centers, outlets and malls. Responsible for hiring, training, developing, counseling and driving results in the district while delivering a great customer experience.
