Build network of manufacturer's representatives throughout the world Establish Division strategy and manage the P&L * Grew division sales from $7MM to $10MM over two-year period * Led the design and successful launch of business expansion into China, Malaysia, and Thailand and obtained U.S. presence of a Malaysian based seafood brand which includes a flavored line of tuna and other seafood products manufactured in Thailand. Established sales and distribution network to obtain brand presence in all classes of trade. Coordinated National marketing activities.
