I'm looking for a stable organization that can utilize 15 years of Human Resources experience. I have experience in all aspects of HR including recruiting hundreds of employees, benefit administration and negotiation, implementation of policies, creating and/or revising handbooks. I know I will be an asset to any organization.

The majority of my HR responsibility has been in start-up organizations or doing restructures. As a result I have a great deal of experience doing organizational development. I have now created/revised 10 handbooks and have recruited more employees than is possible to count. There truly is nothing in HR that I have not done.
