Assisted with the development of the Orkin University Training Center in Atlanta - from concept to operation. Managed TSA hiring operations for Category 10 airports nationwide. When the Las Angeles TSA operations was in trouble with their hiring quotas, I was stationed in LA for 4 months and in that time managed the operation and re-trained TSA employees on every aspect of the HR process for the Federal Government guidelines.
