. As my references mention, I work hard to find the best candidate for the job. Beginning with the job boards, then drilling down to referrals and cold calls, I get the job done and done well. My experience as a technical recruiter has enabled me to work with many types of candidates, and most recently highly cleared candidates. I am also comfortable working with all levels of management, which I am sure will be an important part of this position.
