Skilled Human Resources leader with experience in all facets of the HR function. I have also held accountability for all HR Compliance and Labor Relation functions for a 4.0 Bln corporation. I have developed Succession Planning programs to ensure that talent is identified for development and to ensure that the next level of leaders is available within the organization. I possess strong decision making skills which are evident in my participation with other key management team leaders in developing new benefit plans, performance management systems and other cost evaluation processes. I have experience in developing effective Affirmative Action Plans and working with the OFCCP in their conducting of desk audits.
