Employee/Labor Relations Manager - 12 Years

I have spent my career assisting leaders in developing and advancing strategic solutions and organizational goals. I have done this by being a primary contact and providing leadership with consulting and coaching for all aspects of Human Resources operations. I use my strong interpersonal skills to develop relationships and learn the business goals and needs of departments. I then tailor training and presentations to address employee relations, performance management alternatives and solutions to promote business needs. I have the ability to communicate well on all levels demonstrating tact, diplomacy and sensitivity. Making decisions, critical thinking and effective multi-tasking are corner stones for my business acumen.
