My name is Kerry Gambles. I have worked for Berlex/Bayer HealthCare for the past 22 years, as a Therapeutic Sales Consultant, Regional Manager, and most recently as a Regional Director, Managed Markets. I have worked with the Federal Government and Managed Care. I have had many opportunities within Bayer and it has been great to my family and myself. I understand Managed Markets, the Federal Government Agencies and how they purchase and how to coach gaining access. I know how to manage people and get the best out of them while helping them reach their personal career goals. Many people whom I hired or trained now work in leadership positions at Bayer and across the industry. I am used to traveling 80% of the time.
