I am a motivated, driven, confident and passionate fitness professional with over 15 years of personal training and nutritional guidance experience. Being a former United States Marine and a B.S. graduate in Kinesiology, I have the tools, enthusiasm, attention to detail and ability to design newer and more effective executive fitness programs. Being a seasoned trainer I have developed exceptional people skills learning what makes individuals tick. These skills have given me the power to make knowledgeable decisions that will make my clients move in the right direction to accomplish their fitness goals. OR As a former United States Marine I have learned discipline and have great team building skills. This has made me an exceptional leader. I work well under pressure and accomplish the missions given to me in an accelerated and timely manner. I am a confident, driven, and motivated individual that is able to build relationships with ease.
