Inside Sales Manager & Service Coordinator
Track in-bound and out-bound calls and program placements.
Budget and approve all service activity for our customers with 3rd party service teams
Lead, train and develop teams of up to 36 outside and inside sales representatives.
Test, implement and train staff on new modules in Oracle CRM system.
