Sales Management. During the past 15 years I have built 4 high performing sales teams for Huntington National Bank. My most recent team, Internet Lending, exceeded $350 Million in production last year, with 19 loan officers, while the market was trending down. At Huntington, my group fulfilled lending needs in all 50 states. Lead Management Systems & Sales Tools: In the last 5 years, I customized, implemented and managed a complex Lead Management System (Velocify–Leads360) for Huntington’s Internet Lending, National Lending and Relocation departments. In addition, I designed sales tools for maximum customer experience at point of sale, which increased internal lead conversion from 17% to 33% and external lead conversion from 7% to 19%. Mortgage Call Center & Compliance Knowledge. While at Huntington, I became a senior mortgage banker with expertise in all aspects of developing and running a mortgage call center. I learned how critical it is to have a strong emphasis on compliance and true customer experience, especially at point of sale.
