With over twenty years of sales/sales management and marketing experience covering the Western US and Canada as well as Northern Mexico, servicing and selling into the food, supermarket, wine, spirits and beverage industries. Have developed and implemented marketing/sales plans for large and small clients, leading to successful growth of sales volume with regional and national companies.By designing programs to improve relationships, growing of sales revenue and increasing margin performance. Manage national and regional sales team efforts for both inside and outside sales reps, sales agents, distributor sales teams and broker networks. Developed, implemented, and taught various technical, sales, and product training programs for customers, distributor sales teams, and internal company groups. Establish and manage P&L, annual sales budgets, T&L budgets, establish and implement of sales/product forecasting. Management of market, industry and product surveys, and industry analysis focusing on the food and beverage industries.
